Mjødgård

Mjødgård is a microbrewery in Dalby on South Zealand specialising in high-quality mead. The brewery is set in historic surroundings — in one of the old Heering liqueur warehouses — and produces mead from local honey from Stevns and South Zealand, with herbs and fruits gathered along the Stevns coast. Thomas Priiskorn established Mjødgård in Dalby in 2017. Visitors are welcome in the farm shop and for tastings on Saturdays from 11:00 to 15:00.
