Kong Asgers Høj
📍 Grønsalen 2, 4791 Borre
Free
Kong Asgers Høj on north-western Møn, near the village of Sprove, is one of Denmark's largest and best-preserved passage graves from the Neolithic period, built around 3200 BC. The monument contains a large burial chamber of approximately 10 metres and a long stone-built passage and is named after a legendary figure. The mound was excavated in 1839 and is publicly accessible year-round via a footpath from a car park. A visit can easily be combined with the free-standing dolmen Sprovedyssen, located just around 150 metres to the south.
