Genforeningssten, Lov
📍 Hammervej (ved Lovkrog Huse), Lov, 4750 Lundby
A commemorative stone erected in memory of the reunification of Southern Jutland with Denmark in 1920. In the years around the reunification, around 650 reunion stones and memorials were erected across the country — typically unworked field stones with inscriptions, raised on the initiative of local parish councils, associations and citizens. The Danish Border Association describes them collectively as Denmark's most singular monument. This stone stands at Hammervej near Lov. All reunion stones were listed as ancient monuments in connection with the centenary of the reunification in 2020.
