Færgen Ida

Færgen Ida is one of the few remaining wooden ferries operating a regular scheduled route in Denmark. Every summer she carries thousands of passengers, cyclists, cars, motorcycles and coaches across Grønsund – the strait between Møn-Bogø and Falster. The ferry is of great importance to both the local community and tourists and is an experience in itself: a short but atmospheric crossing of the sound.
